Razor bumps

So I shaved a while ago and I shaved wrong and I had razor bumps I got rid of most of them expect one it always there even when the hair grows back and when I shave it’s there I been putting tea tree oil and I still got it so recently I took at bath and put apple cider vinegar and tea tree oil so when I got out the shower when I got out the shower and wipe it it’s bleeding what could this be and it’s not Genital herpes because I been had this before I lost my virginity
