Can i just ask my doctor for blood labs if i have history in past blood labs?

So back in 2017 when I had my psychotic break I had blood labs done and it showed I’m iron deficient anemic with birth control it helped my symptoms I was having but now that I’m off of birth control I’m having very heavy bleeds and dizziness, fatigue, and other symptoms from before. Most annoyingly my depression.. can I just ask my dr for new labs to see if it’s gotten worse or better? I don’t want to have to pay for a whole apt to ask for labs I would rather just get labs ordered and go in and just pay for the labs
