7 week pregnant. Light bleeding every day.

I'm 37, I have mild PCOS for which I was takin myo- isotinol (Inoself). I'm pregnant. I have noticed I have spotting or light bleeding almost every single day since 6 week started. Often time the blood is pink, but sometimes is red too.I have no other symptoms like pains, cramps, etc. My first prenatal visit is scheduled next Thursday (on the 8th week). Should I contact my obgyn to do the ultrasound earlier or at least test my blood? Did you have similar symptoms and everything turned out to be ok?
