Stretch Marks

I’ve gained about 10-15 points over the course of two months. Iva also noticed I’m getting more stretch marks on my thighs all around. I’ve always been a pretty “average” weight and have only had a little bit of stretch mark. I know they’re normal but getting so many so quick is making me very self conscious. Do you get them from gaining weight quickly? Also, wha my are ways to minimize the appearance of them??
