Those co-parenting & separated. Does the child's father send you a mother's day gift / card?

Me and my ex have been separated since my child was born and not once has he generally even wished me a happy mother's day, he's never sent me a card or a gift.. Nothing. Does your partner send you anything or atleast send you a message?

I never get appreciated for raising our child alone, he has never turned around and said I'm doing an amazing job, not even once. I'm just wondering if it's normal, if I'm the only one of if he's being a prick!!

For those who say why should he send a gift? Honestly, I don't know.. I've seen before and heard of this happening. I don't expect anything but I want to know what I should maybe expect this year with mothers day creeping up on us.
