abusive ex

Hey guys, so i’m 16. I went out with this boy three years ago (yes when i was 13) it was my first ever relationship and he abused my physically sexually and mentally. i don’t wanna get into it but he is a psychopath who lied about having cancer and pretended to have seizures in front of me. he was also very controlling and didn’t me see any of my friends and had access to all my social media’s.

His new girlfriend requested to follow me on instagram which is a bit strange considering i don’t know her at all- so he must have mentioned me. I’ve had him blocked since the day we broke up.

Since he ruined my life and spread rumors about me to break up all my friendships in secondary school i really want to reach out to this girl because i already see the signs in her bio!! ( he made me put his name there with emojis and a date which he would go psycho over if i didn’t do it- it was like a branding) i really want to message her because i don’t want it happening to someone else and i know i can prevent it- thank you
