Sleep training success

If someone is on the fence about sleep training... DO IT. We’d tried before but never committed. We were co sleeping, and he was waking up almost every hour screaming and I’d have to rock him or give him a bottle. He had never slept through the night and the longest stretch of sleep he’d ever had was like 3 hours. So I finally gave in and did the no check ins, last night was night number 2. He cried for about 30 minutes then he slept 9 hours without crying.. he has never in his life slept that long. I’m so proud and happy for my little man, we needed this so badly
