Oh boy 😅 its a long one sorry

Okay so i liked my family friends son (whos the same age as me just older by a few months) ive liked him since i was about 5-10 years old( i don't remember the exact age but ik its somewhere around then) i wanted to tell him when we both were 15 or 16 years old but he had a girlfriend at that time and i didn't want to ruin what they had bc he would say how happy she made him and all then they borke up i was gonna tell him when i found that news out back then but then we moved and i got my first boyfriend (he only want to force me to have sex with him bc he wanted to lose his virginity before 9th grade i didn't so he dumped me anyway) its been a few years since then me and my baby daddy haven't been doing so well ive broken up with him multiple times to get him to get right but that hasn't worked i do everything but wash bottles thats the only thing he does but thats besides the point i saw that our family friends son posted a one year anniversary picture on insta December 1st 2018 now idk if they are still together i wanted to tell him how i feel about him but i don't want to get in between him and his girlfriend if they are still together i need advice on what to do i really want to get this off my chest with him but im scared he wouldn't even feel the same yk and sorry for it being so long
