Hello everyone..I am currently 26 weeks pregnant . I had completed the 1-hour glucose screening test for gestational diabetes on Monday .shared by nurse that that my blood glucose number should be 130 or less ,mine was 160 ..I was shocked that I failed by large a LARGE margin ....”you failed” shared the nurse to me on phone ...I was crushed. Disappointed. Stressed. And fearful of what might be at risk for me - and more importantly, for my baby . Now they schedule me for a 2- hour glucose tolerance test with 75 -grams of glucose...fingers crossed 🤞....anyone else in the same boat ? Plz share ur experience..will be very helpful 🙏
