Sunny side up ?

How can you tell if your baby is sunny side up ? I haven’t seen my doctor physically because of covid so I haven’t been told if he is or not all I know for sure he’s already head down. My daughter was sunny side up & I only knew because my doctor told me but I had no clue the whole time lol

I don't think there's a good way to know before labor sets in without an ultrasound. Back labor and difficulty progressing are usually a sign of a sunnyside-up baby

Transverse, or breech? There’s really no way for you to tell at home, but I know midwives and OBs can feel the location of the baby’s head. I don’t think there’s a way to tell if they are transverse or not

She isn’t asking about transverse or breech. She’s asking about if you can tell if baby is occipital posterior or “sunny side up” (where baby’s spine is up against your spine).
My third was sunny side up and I know because I could NEVER feel his back on my stomach. All the kicks and punches were pretty much right our front on my stomach. 
Going into labor, I had a very loon drawn out time with loads of back labor. He ended up rotating at last minute.
This pregnancy baby has seemed to also be sunny side up unfortunately, however, he does seem to mix it up at times though he is never actually gone occipital anterior, more like I can feel his but and back on one side of my stomach but as soon as I start playing with him, he moves back to OP. Praying for a quicker delivery this time but I know God has got it! :)
Hoping and praying for you as well! Though from my research is that a LOT of babies are actually sunny side up prior to labor and most adjust themselves during labor.
If you are still unsure, I know I had DAYS of the stage one labor but the contractions were sometimes sporadic, that prodromal labor that drags on for says can be another indicator, kinda like your body is trying to adjust baby on its own to get her/him in the best position for birth before things heat up.
