I just ordered my first bottle of it to hopefully help with my PCOS and waiting for it to arrive but my question is...do you have to wait until a certain cycle day to start taking it or can I just start any day?

My last cycle was anovulatory and this cycle I haven't even gotten a positive OPK. I got an almost positive on CD 11 then the next day my LH was basically back at zero so either this cycle is anovulatory also or my body is going to possibly try again later than usual....I'm so confused.
