Why do I try ?

Ok I turned 45 last week and I think I’m just giving up trying to conceive. Even though my cycles are normal, I’m probably too old now. It’s so heartbreaking 😭

I'm 42 and my eggs are just bad at this stage we tried IVF all my eggs were awful we moved on to donor eggs best decision ever! Currently 15 weeks pregnant now and I rarely think of the donor I'm so in love as my body is growing this miracle. Don't give up so many options to grow your family even if its not the way your dreamed. Epigenetics is amazing that my DNA can leave an impression on this baby. Its not to late i belong to a private Facebook group for ladies who use donor eggs some of them are 50 years old. Good luck i hope your dream of becoming a mom happens 💗

I turned 45 in December. Been ttc for 2 years. Went through IUI, IVF, everything, every supplement. Got pregnant in November and miscarried in January. I accepted my egg quality is no good. Dr advised me not to continue trying and use donor eggs. That’s not an option for us. There are plenty of women on here that post successful pregnancies with healthy babies at our age. If you have it in you, keep on trying. For me I just can’t do it.
