Cooked salmon?

Accidentally ate salmon??? What do I do?? Super scared I think I might be around 4-6 weeks pregnant

You can eat salmon as a matter of fact can be good during pregnancy. My doctor said to limit sea food to less then a certain oz amount but salmon was one of safer choices. He said deep sea fish are the worst better to avoid things like tuna, shark etc. Also sushi is not recommended. Dont worry about salmon it will be okay I have eaten several times during my pregnancy
