Back and butt Acne?

I feel so humiliated about this but I have NO IDEA how to get rid of it, any tips? I’m a really clean person but I’m not that keen on using products so I haven’t tried anything! Please help

I feel this girl. I have to say, Anese “that booty tho” scrub and the “down with the thickness” booty mask changed my life. I was always so embarrassed about my pimples on my butt but these products got rid of it almost completely. It even helps fade scars. I was very hesitant about buying because the set was $50 but it’s completely worth it. Also, I think they’re having a sale right now. It could be over but I’d go check!❤️
