Sound like mastitis ??

My breast is huge and super hot and kind of red in places where bumps are 
I didn’t get to breast feed my daughter so this is all new to me ( breast feeding 3 week old ) I’m also running a temp of 100.4 but I took Tylenol to see if it’ll help it go down
My temp is now at 101.1 should I just go in ??

Yes, hot shower and massage the area. If that doesn’t work a hand pump usually works better to release it.

Yeah hot compress your breast. Massage in shower. Take paracetamol, drink plenty of water. 
Feed as much as possible from that breast! Express too if you can

I'd call. Sometimes you can get it to go down on it's own but sometimes you'll need and antibiotic.
