Early pregnancy and lump on cervix getting investigated?

I've got a lump on my cervix that was found a two months back and a few other symptoms which has lead my doctor to do an emergency referral as she wants the lump checked under a microscope.

However I've just found out I'm 4 week pregnant. I have one child already (was one in April) and I'm so scared this is something serious and they won't check due to current pregnancy.

Has anyone been through this or have any tips or advise?
