Late period negative tests

So I am 8 days late for my period, I’ve been a regular cycle of 28-29 days for 6 months now after coming off the needle 2 years ago my body finally got back into a routine.

I took 3 pregnancy tests last week and they all said negative yet I am getting mild to moderate cramping, I’ve been feeling sick, I have back pain, and I have been needing to wee so much

I am going for a blood test to check my HCG levels to find out.

Has anyone else ever experienced anything like this before if so what was your end result?
