What is my bra size??

If the last time I was measured I was a 36DD but I’ve lost 7 pounds and the band is to big and rides up my back, would a 34DD be the next size down?(boobs still fit well into the cups). I can’t go in to get measured and I can’t try on (ordering online). My bras are getting sooo uncomfortable 😫

Measure yourself. If you have a cloth measuring tape it’s really easy. Search google for “a bra that fits” calculator. It’s very accurate.

They 34DDD. When you down a band size, go up a cup size if the cups are right for you now.

i work at lane bryant and bra fit all the time - if the cups still fit but the band is big, you would go down in the band but up in the cup. so it would be a 34DDD.

Depends on how old the bra is. It could be stretched out and then you may still be in the same size. Also different brands fit different too

Go to a bra shop. Make sure you go when they are close. 
Ask them you bra size on a piece of paper and slide it under the shop door.
Go home, I am sure you will receive a call, they will tell you your size
