4 DPO and Uterus pain?

I’m 4 DPO and having slight pain and discomfort in my uterus is this a sign of potential implantation?

No. If you have conceived, implantation (on average) normally occurs at 9 dpo, as early as 7 dpo, or as late as 12 dpo (so anywhere in-between). And if implantation does take place, it takes another 2-3 days for the HCG to rise, and for any symptoms, if any, to show after.

No, at 4dpo your still to early. Implantation occurs 6-12dpo. What your experiencing is left over from ovulation or progesterone symptoms. Nothing is pregnancy related
