Only on his back - maybe because babies obviously lie on their back a lot. Anyone have something similar with their babe? Any suggestions on things that have helped?

Eczema, my baby has it there too. Hydrocortisone cream clears it up

My Baby’s back has the same thing. I used the new dove derma care body wash and also dove eczema care lotion. Her back has gotten a lot better since using those products.

My little guys back looks exactly the same... I’ve just bought perfume free detergent and am going to see if maybe that’s the culprit
