Okay before I even start this lol I should say that where I live the quarantine has been lifted...

I am wanting to be more active. I am almost 22 years old and weigh about 160. If you were to look at me, you couldn’t tell that but I would like to strength up a little bit. I have three days off finally after working two jobs for four years straight....I was thinking about going CrossFit or Kickboxing but I don’t know which one to do. I’m also very new to all of this so I don’t know what I’m doing and really am wondering if any other women in here that do either? What are your opinions? Should I do CrossFit? Kickboxing? Both? Do they have classes for beginners?? Please help me out! I just want to be informed before I do it. If you want feel free to message me about this stuff as well. I would much appreciate it🙌🏻
