I postponed my daughter's shots to 13 months because her appointment was originally scheduled for what was supposed to be the peak week in my county.

I’m aware that this is probably very dependant on your location in the world and what restrictions you are under due to Covid~ but it’s really important to make sure your child is still vaccinated and that they receive them as close to the date they are due as possible. A lot of countries have already lost their measles free status due to loss of herd immunity and the delaying vaccinations without consulting your ped/doctor is a great risk. A lot of the viruses you are vaccinating them against are air borne and therefore a lot more contagious than the current coronavirus. The last thing we need is an outbreak of measles or polio on top of everything else going on in the world!

Yes we went a week or two ago. It was very organized I’d rather her not be late on her shots

Our doctor’s office postponed her shots. Her original appointment was an afternoon appointment and they only see sick kids in the afternoon. So we still haven’t gotten them yet.

We did ours on his 1st birthday. Our pediatric physician has multiple locations and they only let sick patients go to 2 and well visit the other 3.

My sons dr explained how ther￼e is timeframes for certain shots. If missed may have to have extras in the future. They gave him one too early so he has to have a fourth of what should be a three series. Don’t want to repeat that.

We decided to postpone. Her pediatrician completely shut down his location and we would have to report to another location. Since we are aware of how many people go to that location- we decided it’s best to wait it out.

Yes. The group we go to sit stuff up and was only seeing well visits in the building we went to. Anyone sick was sent to a different set of doctors in a different building. We didn’t see his usual pediatrician since he is working in the sick building, but I’m not really picky about that anyway.
