Constant vaginal burning

I am always burning down there. And two days ago after sex my vagina itched a little because I was so dry. I have had a kyleena iud for a month. My vagina is always dry because of lack of estrogen. I am clean from STDs me and my boyfriend were both tested a week ago. And we were clean. So what do you guys suggest. Also I have 1.10 blood test result for Genital herpes. However it was confirmed to be invalid. I could have been exposed but I have had no outbreaks and was told to disregard the blood test. My partner tested clean. And I have only had sex with one person before and it was mainly protected. So... why is my box so dry. I’m only 20
