Have you ever heard of anyone getting pregnant while having Mirena IUD?

On here yes in person no. Ots very unlikely but still possible. I check my strings monthly. We dont use condoms or pull out and i havent gotten pregnant. Ive had mirena for almost 2 years. We have sex 1 to 2 times a day. Its most likely to happen if its out of place. Its most likely to be out of place if the doctor placed it wrong, if you have a heavy period and that pushes it out or if you are breast feeding.

Yes! My co-worker gave birth to a healthy baby girl last month & she had the Mirena IUD . They said it was too dangerous to try & take it out so they left it in . Her pregnancy was considered high risk because of it!
