Pain when ... question about ultrasound too

The pain is not bad and doesn’t last long just whenever I sneeze 🤧 or cough (hard) I feel like a sharp pain in my abdomen. I am currently 7 weeks and 3 days pregnant..

I’ve read this is called round ligament pain , does anyone else have this as well?

I’ll ask my Ob doctor when I go in about a week..

Also my first visit I really don’t want to do a vaginal ultrasound could I refuse that and they’d have to abdominal ultrasound... what’s usually expected the first visit
