I wanna get a tattoo...my stepdad has a tattoo pen in his room and I was thinking about getting the one(Down below)￼ I’m 12 and I’m not telling my parents about it..Should I get it

I wouldn’t do 1. You should do it if infinity ♾  means something to you. 2. If you do this you will lose trust with your parents 3. You’re so young when your older you might regret getting it cause you don’t like it or the meaning of it changed

Depending on the state that you live in, it’s illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to get a tattoo.  If an adult in authority found out you have a permanent tattoo, your parents/guardians and/or the professional tattoo artist can get into trouble.  The tattoo artist may even lose their licensure (and the source of their income!).  I would highly recommend temporary tattoos (there are some amazing companies out there).  I would also recommend that you keep a digital scrapbook like Pinterest full of designs you would like for the future.  That way when you get one or more at legal age, you won’t have any regrets.  I got my first tattoo at 43!

No. when you get older you’ll hate it and need to cover it up and tattoos cost a lot of money. Especially if you want good work done. I’d say to wait until you’re 18 or older. Maybe talk to you parents about it at an early age, then maybe in a few years when you’re a little older and still want one they’ll sigh it off. Personally I’d wait though until you’re older. Think about it this way. you’re going to have this on your body for the rest of your life. It’s not like a piercing that you can take out. Even then there’s still a scar or hole.
