Hey guys, so I’ve been breastfeeding my son for 18 months and have not gotten my first postpartum period yet. However I had really bad cramping and decided to take an ovulation test and got a positive test 5 days after weaning my 18 month old son. My husband and I are trying for baby #2 and baby danced two days before the positive opk and the day of, I hope that was enough but I don’t know when to take a pregnancy test to see if I actually got pregnant or not. Has anyone else gotten pregnant before their first postpartum period returned and how quickly did you get an LH surge?
