2nd Birthday plans?

Our babies are trying two next month! How is that possible?! I have no plans for my son yet so I was wondering how all of you are planning to celebrate amidst the covid situation we are in! Any ideas/plans/tips etc. to make it special!

No party this year. We still haven't seen any of our family or friends but I'm hoping by the end of June he can at least have a cake with my parents

I’m hoping to do a small get together with my parents, and brother, sister in law and their two girls one day, and on another day a small get together with my husbands parents, his sister and her husband and two kids. Hopefully that will work out 🤷‍♀️ we usually go all out and do big birthday parties with both families at once, usually 30 or so people, but we obviously won’t be doing that this year  :(

We’re going to do what we did for my 4 year old on May 1. Our parents and siblings and their kids will be invited over for dinner and cake and presents. We live in an area not hard hit. And we’ve not been totally quarantined anyway because my husband has to work like normal and I had a baby April 1 so family has been around to help with that.

We are either going to have a small party (6 people max) at my parents or my sister in laws house (8 people max). It just depends. My parents live in a state where they aren’t allowing out of staters currently and we are hoping that will be lifted by her birthday. If not, we’ll just go to my sister in laws.

We are lucky to have a large yard so we are renting a bouncy castle! Even if it's only for our daughter she will have such a blast. 
And I'll also get to go in so that's super exciting for me 😂

We picked up a cake and did a virtual party with family over Zoom.

We'll probably just have a small bbq with my mom and 2 brothers and his mom, brother and sister. So a total of 9 people lol

Celebrating as a family! We will do virtual parties for both sets of grandparents with cupcakes and the presents they send.

It stinks bc theres others we want to  come but I think we are going  to have a small party with just grandparents outdoors.      All of our parents are younge   that helps too.

We are just having my parents(2) and my husband’s sister family(4). And will just grill out and have cake no decorations or anything. Luckily they are too young to understand what is going on and won’t miss anything.
