Sweets
I’m almost 31 weeks. I’ve gained 20 lbs so far and started out the pregnancy with a normal BMI. My Dr says I’m on track.
Question is this...I have dessert usually every night. Usually ice cream...
Throughout the day I eat pretty well...but not perfect by any means. In my first pregnancy, I ate so well. Hardly any sweets at all...
In this pregnancy, I just want something sweet every day. I read all this stuff about how bad sugar can be for the baby...like can cause developmental delays and stuff and this has caused me a lot of Mama guilt. Like almost feeling like I gave out firstborn my best and with our second, I slacked off.
I may just cut out sweets from here on out but I can’t undue the sweets I did take in...anyone else feel like this?
