Weaning

My LO just turned a year old a few days ago. I wanted to breastfeed until probably 2, but my husband wants to wean him now so it’s easier. Any thoughts? I nurse him when he wakes up, to put him to sleep for both naps, and then before he goes to bed. So it’s not like I nurse him very much anyway. I’m not sure what to do.. I don’t want my husband to feel like his opinion doesn’t matter because he already feels like that anyway, but I also want him to have the best milk possible. What do I do?
