Would you take a shower in a moldy dirty nasty tub, or in a brand new bathtub that the only problem that it has is that the drain under the house is not properly sealed right so a bit of water escapes to the street?

My husband remodeled our mobile home bathroom and its not finished we still have to paint and install the toilet but it's ready to take a shower in. The only thing is that it leaks to the street. The other bathroom is very moldy and nasty and he wants us to take showers in there because this one is not all finished. What would you do ? Added pictures

EDIT: 🤢 IT DOES NOT COME CLEAN. IVE TRIED ALL KINDS OF CHEMICALS ON IT AND NOTHING. IT WAS WORSE BEFORE. THE MOBILE HOME WAS MY HUSBANDS COUSINS BUT THEY LEFT AND IM GUESSING THEY HAVE NEVER CLEANED IT. WE GOT HERE LIKE 2 MONTHS AGO AND THAT IS THE BEST THAT I COULD DO. THATS WHY WE ARE TEARING IT DOWN. EDIT: NO I DON'T SHOWER THEM THERE. WE ONLY COME TO THE MOBILE HOME ON WEEKENDS TO REMODEL IT, SO MY OLDEST DOESNT TAKE A SHOWER FOR THE WHOLE DAY OF SATURDAY AND MY SON BATHES IN THE KITCHEN SINK. BY ME SAYING CONTINUE TO SHOWER THEM I MEANT ME AND MY HUSBANS BECAUSE WE DO SHOWER THERE SO PLEASE DONT COME AT MY SAYING IM A PIECE OF SHIT. AT LEAST ASK FIRST THEN INSULT.
