Cycle day 4 temp spike
I know it’s possibly normal for your temp to rise and fall and that half of it means nothing however I’ve noticed for the past three cycles on CD4 my temp spikes by about 0.20 and continuously rises for a further couple days. May I add that CD4 is my period and I usually last about 6 days. Anyone else find this happens to them?
