Weight gain at 16 weeks - 10 lbs okay?

Hi all,

First pregnancy here. I was actually below my usual weight due to our wedding, so I was about 133 lbs when we got pregnant, I’m now 144 lbs being 16 weeks pregnant, so I’ve gained ten pounds. Is this normal or too fast of a gain? I usually weigh between 135-140 at 5’8” and am very active and healthy, so I know we need to gain weight when pregnant, but don’t want to gain too much, as I know I’ll be itching to start running again, cycling, and living our active lifestyle again. I continue to go on long walks, and do modified push ups, planks, lunges, and dips on a daily basis (I’m talking a five minute or so work out, nothing crazy!). TIA. And for being kind, as I know weight can be a sensitive topic.
