Condo complex spraying herbacides

My condo complex was recently spraying herbacides and fertilizer/pesticide while my daughter was playing on our deck. They came by with their big lawnmower with the spray machine attached. I’m so angry. I contacted the association and they will be sure to warn us next time but do you think this caused her harm? It was spraying for about 10 minutes before I grabbed her to bring her inside. I thought they were just mowing. 😡 Has this happened to anyone else whether at a condo or in a neighborhood (with neighbors spraying)?
