Answers please 😭

So I’ve had a miscarriage before and this is my first pregnancy after . ( only my second all together) I had to go to the hospital because my doctor wasn’t accepting patients unless it’s through video chat . So he sent me there to find out how far along I am . My hcg was at like 19,000 and they did an ultrasound and told me all they seen was a gestational sac . (And I think they said a yolk sac. ) but they seen no baby or no heartbeat . Is it just too early ( 5 weeks) ? Do I just need to relax and wait ? Please answer honestly . I just wanna know has anyone else experienced this and had a healthy pregnancy
