Do you truly believe every body shape or size is beautiful

Just curious. Half the people on here will probably lie just so you look better but HOW COME everybody always says love your body the way it is don’t care about your weight body positivity blah blah blah yet the first insult you have against someone in their looks. I have always realised that when people are in an argument with someone who is overweight their first insult is that they are fat lmaoo. I even see girls on here preaching about girl code and being nice yet as soon as someone disagrees call them ugly or something. All a bunch of hypocrites

I never insult someone's looks. Their looks have nothing to do with whatever topic we may be having. But I strongly believe in body positivity, because the first step in making changes (if they want to) is to have a healthy mental state. You need to love your body in every stage it's in. It does so much for you and deserves to be loved.

This may not be a popular opinion depending on how well I am able to get aceoss my thoughts but here we go. Is every body type acceptable and a reason to have self pride in and celebrate it..yes. But as the questions is phrased as do I see every body type as beautiful..no I don't. And not it isn't a fat vs thin type thin or only beautiful people but I don't find certain body types attractive or beautiful. I would never shame opr judge someone but that also doesn't mean every human is going to find the same things beautiful and that is also ok. I have many people I love and think are attractive due to whats inside but from a vanity side I would not look as that body type and wish I had it or think it is my ideal body. I am not a pretty person by conventional standards...I am 100% fine with that because I am still happy with who I am that means more to me than my outward appeal.  I don't care if someone thinks I am beautiful or look like a troll as long as they respect me and I hope other people feel the same. I hope this sort of gets a point across as some things are hard to go from head to paper

First of all, there's no such thing as "girl code". Second, people go after looks because it's an easy target. Third, we encourage people to love their bodies because you only get one and someone shouldn't miss out on their life because they're focused on hating the skin they are in. Fourth, that has nothing to do with whether or not we think every body is beautiful.

I voted no, and I’m a bigger girl who has struggled for years with my weight. I don’t think anyone should be ashamed of themselves, but I don’t consider unhealthy bodies (whatever their size) as “beautiful” when there are clearly diseases and medical issues that we may be more susceptible to.

I do think all body types are beautiful.  The most attractive body to me is Jason Mamoa, but I am outrageously attracted to my husband who is about as opposite as a person can be in terms of body type, and I was from our first date (not like I knew his personality super well before I slept with him 😂).
The only thing that could make me look at a person and think their ugly is how they’re behaving - are you yelling at a cashier, did you just throw your trash on the ground instead of the trash can two feet away, are you really taking two parking spots right now??  That’s when you’re instantly unattractive

It was a learned belief.  I was very fat and lost a lot of weight.  I had to learn a lot about my own body positivity throughout my weight loss and now I truly do see the beauty in everyone fat, skinny, idc🤷‍♀️
