Hsg exam

So just had my HSG exam done yesterday (ouch). It was the next step after all my blood work, ultrasounds and husbands bloodwork/semen sample. My fertility dr told me there’s been a lot of luck for people conceiving right after the HSG because it just opened everything right up so I should be trying like crazy! Anyone with any luck after theirs? Tips?

Advice? Been trying for almost 3 years with 2 miscarriages and really hoping to make this happen before he leaves for his deployment!
