A little nervous can someone help me??

Hi lady’s,

So earlier today when I was brushing my teeth I noticed two toned fleshed slightly red bumps behind my bottom lip (on the inside) and I started freaking out. So I gargled spit warm water and salt; when I did that the area around the bumps turned a little white. I also have four little bumps on the side of my top lip in my mouth. I was wondering if you ladies have any suggestions as to what it is and I can can get rid of them. By the way my mom and grandson get sores on top of their lips so would I have the same thing but just on the inside of the lip??
