37w5d i had my appointment today and was dilated 1cm I’m a first time mom I’m aware you can stay at a one for a while just curious to know about how long till y’all dilated to the next. Also haven’t felt any labor symptoms! Was told I lost my mucus plug already and didn’t even know it 😂
