So I’m 6 weeks PP and I stopped bleeding completely around 5 weeks PP. This morning I had some brown blood on my underwear (not a ton but more than a couple drops). Is this a period or what. I’m not sure if it makes a difference that I exclusively pump. I haven’t noticed cramps but I’m also taking ibuprofen round the clock due to an infection.

Oh and my 6 week checkup is on Monday so I haven’t had it yet.
