Sonogrophers help!

I had my anatomy scan yesterday and the tech didn’t say much to me then gave me these pictures. I don’t see my dr for another 2 weeks as the scan was in another office. One picture looks ok but the other looks like a lump on his head? Am I crazy or is this something else like his hand maybe? I am a nervous wreck!
