False labor?

I’m 36+3. I’ve been having contractions 10 minutes apart all afternoon. They last 1 minute. My low back is aching. Is this just false labor? The contractions are stronger than BH but they don’t really hurt too much. They cause a lot of pelvic pressure. I wouldn’t worry about it, except my baby is breech and I want to make sure I get to the hospital ASAP if I go into labor early. Thanks!
