Sore labia minora

Hey ladies is anyone experiencing this? I’m 26 weeks 5 days and my labia minora hangs down past my labia majora. But for the last few day my inner lips hurt like an ache. They hurt when touched or when I walk or sit. I called to see if I can go to the doctor but spoke to a nurse she asked about other symptoms but I told her that was really the only problem. She suggested a yeast infection and recommended monistat but I know what a yeast infection feels like and this doesn’t feel like one. It really hurts.
