Plz anyone ease my mind

Someone I know has been having everyday stomach pain for a while now. Maybe over a year.

When they show what area hurts, I think it’s both ovarys

Of course my mind went crazy and I’m thinking ovary cancer....

I advised to make an apt but they’re so stubborn.

So I’m stuck at home, worried for them.

What could it be....... god I hope it’s not the bad word.....

Anyone know if you could have C for that long and not get worse symptoms over time?
