For about 2-3 days now my vagina has felt super wet. I’ll just be sitting down somewhere and it feels like my period came. (like you can feel it when it comes out, lol) However when I go wipe it’s not my period and I can’t really see much of anything. Doesn’t look slimy, doesn’t have a color. It’s literally like water, and the toilet paper gets pretty wet.

Any idea what this could be? Should i be concerned?

Sometimes I’ll get little wet spots on my pants too, almost like I spilled something on myself. Not a crazy big spot but maybe the size of a quarter to a dollar piece.
