I just hate cats and scared of them. There was 2 in front of my dog

When I came home from the store and they were peeing in my lawn and just looking at me evil in the eyes.. they are my neighbors cats so I had to knock on their door and tell them to come and get them because I was scared 😰😕 i just hate when their cats are loose in my lawn like that. Dogs arent even scary like that.. if anyone a cat lover im sorry this is just my opinion
