Sleep problems. Pls help.
I’m a FTM of a 1 month old pretty girl. I need an advice from experienced moms about breastfeeding. I nurse her every 2-3 hours. She is usually sleepy after feeding and naps easily. But if she happens to poop while nursing and I change her diaper afterwards she becomes irritable and can’t fall asleep. She cries and seeks for the breast . If I feed her she spits up. How do you get your baby to nap in this case? Should I breastfeed her again?
