This is my limit I set for myself and my first meal today. Iā€™m kinda worried how ima get more fat into my diet??? Iā€™ve tried this keto diet a long time ago but didnā€™t fully commit because I was afraid and scared of eating fat! But I have done some research and found some awesome YouTube ladies and they inspired me! ā¤ļø I woke up this morning and was 165.8 lbs my goal is 145!
