My pee smells like fish?!

So I went to the bathroom and my pee is really strong.. it has a fishy kind of smell does anybody know what causes that?
UPDATE: the smell went away by itself it was weird the day after it was still there just less prominent then that night it was gone completely

Maybe a UTI or what the other girls said prenatal or other vitamins have an impact on how your pee smells sometimes.

It’s more than likely an odor that is given off by your vagina and/or discharge. While your pee might have an odor, it’s usually not fishy. Just more potent than usual. If it is fishy, try using over the counter things for infection after consulting a dr to determine if you have an infection or just an increase in a hormone that’s causing a smell. Hope you figure it out!
