So because of quarantine so far, I’ve missed prom (permanently canceled)... graduation (getting mailed our diplomas, that’s all)... special graduation trip with my grandma that she does with all her grandkids, and from now she’s too frail to travel (so perm canceled)... my school’s senior celebration trip to the Yukon we’ve fundraised for all year (perm canceled)... and ofc my first trimester of college (online and off-campus).

What hurts the most is all the goodbyes I had stolen from me... I didn’t know that last day I would see my teachers and classmates would be my last day. I won’t ever see many of those people again.

I’ve kept quiet about that, cry into my pillow at night and stuff, while my 12 yo brothers won’t shut up about how they’re so glad they don’t have school.

Idk I just feel like a selfish brat because I know COVID-19 has affected people so much more than me, but I’ve looked forward to those events literally all my life and I won’t ever get another chance at them and now I’m crying in my room at 1 am again ok rant over bye 😂
